FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

The violent take it by force!

I woke up this morning with my head spinning and lots of things going on…
One if my girls in our program is graduating tomorrow and moving home with her girls. This is exciting but I will miss her tremendously. My mom is visiting my sister who has a diagnosis from the world saying she has cancer … she’s waiting on a doctors report; the waiting is hard…my Faith is strong! My nephew broke his toe…why do these things keep happening to my sister? I want to check my bank balance and clean my house, we have a funeral to go to, I’m excited to see my sister and mom in love … blah blah blah

The bombardment of thoughts doesn’t make time with the Lord easy. There is a fight that starts as soon as the eyelids open. I know it’s things that I can’t control, but they all seem to pile up. … so many thoughts!! Some happy, some worried, some strong, some weak.

But the violent take it by force!!

My greatest thing I want people to know is that this is a fight!
When former President Donald Trump got shot, he came up with his fists in the air and he said “Fight! Fight! Fight!” I’ve thought about that so many times this week …
We have to “contend for our Faith” contend is FIGHT! The fight is, to make sure we spend time with him, build a relationship with him, and renew our minds to his ways.

My flesh has other things going on, but my i have to fight and choose to use the authority Christ gave me and I fight to spend time with the Lord.

Don’t lose your fight!!!
It’s in you and it’s on you to choose!

Take your time with the Lord, take your relationship with the Lord BY FORCE!

Joshua 24:15 “And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Amen!! I can soooo relate! So many things going on. Some good, some bad, some neither but all can distract me from the main thing, Jesus, if I let them!

Good stuff: I have a new Grandbaby!! 🙌🏼 Bad stuff: My momma has late stage dementia; I received an evil report from the doctor saying I need hip surgery. Other stuff: I need to clean my house too; I need to step out and do those “new things” that have been in my heart; I need to get back to the gym (this is a long list, so I’ll just stop here)

But I will FIGHT for my precioustime with the Lord and by His grace, I will win!!
