I read a devotion today and it was talking about how we are made in Gods image.

Does this Include our emotions?

We are made in Gods image, period.

I believe we have emotions BECAUSE he had emotions!

I went into this amazing place, most people call their imaginations, and just let the Lord guide me through the experience.

How frustrated must God have been with the Israelites…I mean, he had to want to speak to them face to face right? To get them to trust him and know he was making a way for them.

But he couldn’t, he wasn’t human. So he used a human to speak to these people.

In a perfect world, All these humans would obviously know it was God speaking through Moses, right?

No, they didn’t.

It’s almost like Gods hands are tied. And it becomes the humans choice to decide.

Do I believe this man that says he’s heard from the Lord for my life, or do I not believe.

That’s it…

Don’t let unbelief hold you back from moving forward. It could be unbelief in healing, it could be unbelief for a loved one, unbelief in a Godly friends advice, it could even be unbelief in your pastor.

Learn from our ancestors and CHOOSE to believe!

“For again, the Scriptures say, If only today you would listen to his voice. Don’t make him angry by hardening your hearts, as you did in the wilderness rebellion.

So God swore an oath that they would never enter into his calming place of rest all because they disobeyed him. It is clear that they could not enter into their inheritance because they wrapped their hearts in unbelief.”
